Travis here. We always try to take a trip for our anniversary. This year, for our 9th, we decided to take a trip to the Bay Area.
We started in Livermore dropping the kids off with Terri's parents. We then headed to Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito. It was once the Fort Baker military base and many of the buildings were the Officer's quarters. Terri is into all things historic, so she was in heaven.

For dinner Saturday night we went to Caprice in Tiburon. The food was good and the view was fantastic. The restaurant is about 50 feet left of where Terri is standing. If you look closely, you can see the bridge off the right.

Sunday morning Terri took a yoga class while I watched some football. Then we both went to the Cavallo spa and relaxed in their outdoor heated pool while it rained lightly. It was very relaxing. We could have spent all day there, but we had plans in San Francisco...
One of my favorite bands is Living Colour. It had been about 17 years since I'd seen them live and when I saw that they were coming to San Francisco, I suggested we wrap their concert into our trip.
Terri is a very good sport.
They played at a small club called The Independent. To say they rocked would be the understatement of the year. They are one of the best live bands out there and it was a great show. Best of all, they came out to sign autographs and take pictures after the show.
