Luke is 4!

Luke, my little baby boy, is four years old.  I can't believe it.  Here are some shots from his special day...

I made "drivable" cars out of cardboard boxes to look like characters from the Disney CARS movie.

Luke's buddies came over in the morning to have some fun!

Later in the day, Grandma and Grandpa and Auntie Leslie came to visit.  They had to get in a few races, too.

Roller derby!

Luke's preschool took a field trip to a nearby roller rink.  The tunes were blaring, the disco ball was turning and the memories were flowing.  It took me back to the many fun times I had as a kid at the roller rink....right down to the hokey pokey.  Luke suffered quite a few falls and ended up with lots of bruises, but he had a great time and can't wait to go back.
