The day before Mother's Day, I completed another triathlon.  I don't have many pictures from this day. Travis did get a video of me running through the finish line but I'm still figuring out how to get videos on this blog.  Anyway, it was a great day.  Very hot. 1 mile swim in the lake.  25 mile bike ride. 6.2 mile trail run.  It was in Folsom and Granite Bay and started and ended at the beach area of the lake. Travis and the kids came at the end to cheer and then we played a little at the beach.
